Building Community

nat night out sheriffs 300x224 Building CommunityAt Hometown Realty, we have this crazy idea that being part of a community is about giving back.

Knowing your neighbors, supporting small businesses, sponsoring community events, sharing resource & bringing people together. It’s at the heart of everything we do.

Not only in our business, but in our personal lives as well. Several of us grew up in small towns and it’s ingrained in us to do business with people we know, support our local community, give back to those who give to us, and give generously to those in need.

Our Annual Food Drive - Love Seeing the Community Come Together

Whether sponsoring youth sports, supporting local businesses, donating to the schools, volunteering our time to community organizations, organizing food drives, hosting neighborhood events – each of these is a commitment to making our own community better.

Buying a home isn’t just about purchasing a structure on a plot of land. A home is also defined by its surroundings – the neighborhood, the people, the schools, the parks, the common areas. We often think that buying gives us instant access to all of these amenities, but just as your home benefits from what you put into it – so does your community.

This is what community is all about!

Whether by contributing to our schools, supporting youth sports, hosting an event, volunteering, or helping a neighbor — these small things will give you that warm ‘hometown’ feeling every time you come home.

At Hometown Realty that feeling is something we absolutely cherish. Walking into our offices – we are reminded of great memories from community events held inside these walls. The picture frames on the wall are not only houses, they represent families and stories and new life stages. It’s a great feeling to be surrounded by people you know and trust.

If you’re looking to get more involved in your community, let us know. We’d love to hook you up!
